Today we took fabric scraps from the Ada Zanditon studio to Forest FRP Recycling a non profit recycling community business promoting social and environmental justice, to reuse, recycle and reduce waste in East and North London.

And then we arrived...........

The amazing jumblesale of recycled goods!!

Volunteers digging in to the wonderous mountians of scrap fabric

What happens with the fabric now you ask. Well.......... the scrap fabric will be donated to a sewing and knitting class which takes place next to the store, it will also be sold onto any customers as the store works very closely with trade (waste collection company) some scraps will be sold to them.
